I'm Anisa Frasheri
A Computer Engineer and Project Manager currently working as a Product Analyst (Fraud) at Nestlé Global IT HUB in Barcelona, where I optimize global payment systems and support fraud prevention and risk management initiatives.
With a BSc in Computer Engineering and an MSc in Project Management (La Salle URL, ongoing), I bring a rare combination of technical depth and strategic coordination. My background spans cybersecurity (Linux systems, penetration testing, vulnerability management), digital project management (EU, UNICEF, GIZ, and European Commission initiatives), and digital strategy, from social media campaigns to full web development cycles.
As a STEM trainer, UNICEF content creator, and Global Ambassador for WomenTech Network, I champion diversity and digital inclusion across the region. I also founded Tivlen Shop, an online community empowering teens through self-confidence and mental well-being.
I work at the intersection of technology, impact, and communication, bringing a security-first mindset, cross-cultural collaboration, and a track record of delivering results across international teams.
